we are seeking an Account Coordinator to join our growing Ads team in LATAM.

You’ll support flawless campaign execution, manage insertion orders, coordinate creative workflows, track reporting and billing, and ensure smooth communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate end-to-end ad campaign processes (order creation, creative assets, setup).
  • Track and deliver weekly / monthly performance reports.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Finance on billing and revenue reconciliation.
  • Monitor campaign delivery, resolve operational issues, and ensure ad policy compliance.
Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience in digital campaign coordination (video / programmatic preferred).
  • Experience with CRM / OMS systems (Salesforce), JIRA, and ad servers.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
