We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator with solid experience in managing and optimizing Salesforce environments.

This role involves handling user management, security settings, automation, and process improvements to ensure an efficient and scalable CRM system.

Tasks :

• Administer and configure Salesforce, ensuring system efficiency and security.
• Manage user profiles, roles, permissions, and access control.
• Maintain and optimize Flows, Validation Rules, and Process Automation.
• Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement improvements.
• Support end-users by troubleshooting issues and providing training when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with best practices and security guidelines.

Requirements :

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, user management, and automation (e.g., Flows, Profiles, Permission Sets).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security models and data structures.
• Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party tools is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is required.
• Service Cloud Consultant Certification is a plus.
• Must be located in Brazil for remote work eligibility.
