Cadence Design Systems Inc. is looking for a motivated Software Engineer II: Jasper R&D to work with us in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, to work in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment and integrated with other teams all around the world. - Work daily with C++ development and scripting languages on the Jasper R&D team, solving real-world programming problems in an innovative, supportive, and collaborative environment.
- Provide day-to-day technical leadership to junior developers, helping the manager to distribute and control the technical tasks, and doing code reviews
- Complete Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer Engineering or related Engineering, Math and Statistic courses; with 3 or more years of experience working in the software industry
- Solid knowledge in software architecture, data structures and algorithms.
- Knowledge of C++ programming language
- Good written and spoken English with strong communication skills
- Experience with scripting languages – Python, tcl - and unix environment.
- Knowledge of Verilog and VHDL languages.
- Knowledge of hardware verification: simulation and formal verification.
