An executive search firm is seeking an Executive Search Senior Associate in Brazil. The role involves deep research, candidate sourcing, and end-to-end recruiting for mid-level roles in Technology and Financial Services. The ideal candidate has 3–7 years of experience in relevant fields, is fluent in English and native Portuguese, and possesses strong analytical and organizational skills. The position allows for remote work with preference for candidates in São Paulo, SP.
Qualifications
- 3–7+ years in research, consulting, finance, tech, recruiting, or similar fields.
- Experience in or recruiting for Tech or Financial Services is a strong plus.
- Advanced English + Native Portuguese is a must.

We are hiring an Executive Search Senior Associate to support Gold & Aron CEO and COO across high-impact searches in Technology and Financial Services in a premium boutique environment. The role blends deep research, pipeline development, and end-to-end recruiting for select mid-level roles. You’ll help build the engine that enables leadership to focus on client strategy and firm growth.
Candidate Research & Sourcing for senior level searches (60%)
- Build and manage strong candidate pipelines across multiple concurrent searches.
- Active search : Conduct structured research, market mapping using several tech tools including , AI tools and own data base.
- Passive search : Source, screen applicants
- Lead candidate scoring, initial candidate assessment
- Build and manage candidate pipeline
- Conduct first-round screens to assess fit and motivation.
- Prepare concise candidate summaries and search updates.
- Support client communications and progress check-ins.
- Coordinate interviews and every other step of the hiring process.
- Research companies, markets, and potential clients
- Build prospect lists and market intelligence for the CEO and COO.
- Bring new ideas, new BD initiatives for the company
- 3–7+ years in research, consulting, finance, tech, recruiting, or similar fields.
- Experience in or recruiting for Tech or Financial Services is a strong plus.
- Advanced English + Native Portuguese is a must. Spanish is a strong plus.
- Analytical, structured thinker with strong organization and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with ambiguity; bias for action; strong ownership mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree mandatory.
- Location : Brazil remote. Preference for São Paulo, SP.
