- Draft and review a variety of technology‑related legal agreements, including intellectual property licenses, SaaS contracts, software supply agreements, and non‑disclosure agreements.
- Monitor international regulatory developments, with a focus on emerging legal frameworks in Latin America.
- Support regulatory interactions and compliance processes related to the setup and operation of specialized business facilities.
- Contribute to the development of scalable legal infrastructure, including templates, workflows, and operational support related to logistics, staffing, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records of internal and external policies, ensuring alignment with global and local standards.
- Proficient in Portuguese and English (C1), with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Spanish would be considered an advantage.
- Must be licensed to practice law in Brazil with a valid professional registration.
