The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in Cisco Unified Communication Manager, Unity voicemail systems, and contact center support. Responsabilidades

• Strong experience with Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM) (versions 4–14).
• Proficiency with Cisco Unity / Unity Connection voicemail systems.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Emergency Response Server (CER) configuration and support.
• Ability to support Cisco Contact Center Express (UCCX) and Cisco Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) environments.
• Skilled with Cisco Unified Presence and Cisco Jabber deployments.
