Background in business administration, engineering, or related fields, with knowledge in project management and performance indicators.
Strong communication, teamwork, problem‑solving, creativity, adaptability, and proactivity.
Needs to demonstrate autonomy and a strong team spirit.
Advanced English; basic knowledge of Spanish and / or Portuguese is desirable to facilitate communication across the LATAM region.
