About the Role

Performs daily administrative management of assigned vendor lines.

Including material master maintenance, promotion pricing, invoicing, return and purchase order responsibilities.

Works closely with sales counterparts on operational aspects of the sales cycle.

What You’ll Do
  • Ensures accuracy and timeliness of all Vendor Partner orders.
  • (20%) Understands Returns process and guidelines and monitors returns status
  • Monitors Returns status daily (20%)
  • Manages all promotions ensuring budget availability and correct authorizations.
  • Monitors expiration dates.
  • Timely set‑up and accuracy of new part numbers.
  • (20%) Provides responsive, courteous support to sales, vendor partners and other internal departments.
  • Works collaboratively with Purchasing to monitor purchase / pricing strategies for products.
  • May manage smaller product lines and is accountable for sales growth and attainment of profit goals.
  • Manage SKU Setup & Price Change Process (20%)
  • Daily / Weekly / Monthly Reporting as needed
  • Assist with Vendor Portal Updates
  • Assist with implementing Sales Incentives & Engagements

Experience
  • No prior experience necessary.
Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • High School Graduate required.
Working Conditions
