A technology company is seeking a UAT Test Lead to lead end-to-end User Acceptance Testing for large-scale initiatives. This fully remote position is only open to candidates based in Brazil. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in UAT, strong methodology knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include UAT planning and execution, managing defects, and acting as a bridge between business and IT to ensure solutions meet testing standards.

Overview

Lead end-to-end User Acceptance Testing for large-scale initiatives, partnering closely with business stakeholders and IT to ensure solutions meet business requirements and testing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Own UAT planning, coordination, execution, and reporting
• Develop and validate test scenarios, scripts, and acceptance criteria
• Manage defects, triage, retesting, and resolution
• Act as a bridge between business and IT, translating requirements clearly
• Ensure compliance with testing governance and documentation standards

Required Experience

• Proven UAT Test Lead experience on complex programs
• Strong UAT methodology and test management tool knowledge (JIRA, HP ALM, etc.)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

• SAP exposure, especially Supply Chain–related modules
• Supply Chain domain knowledge
• Consumer goods or manufacturing industry experience
