This remote role targets candidates with over 4 years in sales and business development, preferably within technology spheres. Responsibilities include building client partnerships, executing staffing services, and maintaining a robust network in fields like AI and cloud computing. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills and agency recruitment experience, particularly supporting U.S. or European accounts.

Sr. Business Developer-Account Manager, Technology Staffing (Remote, Brazil, Colombia)

Working Hours: Eastern Times (8:30 am to 5:30 pm)

Position Type: Permanent x 2 (Base Salary + Bonus + Paid Vacation)

Locations: 100% Remote (Brazil), Colombia (Medellin, Cartagena)

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build new business and strong partnerships with clients in the technology industry.
  • Organize and coordinate resources to execute successful delivery of recruiting/staffing services.
  • Market selective resources to targeted prospective clients.
  • Communicate, retain, and support existing and placed resources.
  • Work with clients to ensure their standards, protocols, and expectations.
  • Develop staffing services and maintain a strong network in Microsoft (service providers or users), cloud computing, data, AI, financial services, fintech, and auto manufacturing organizations.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales and business development.
  • Minimum 2 years of agency experience selling to technology organizations from start‑ups to mid‑sized and major accounts.
  • Minimum 1 year of agency recruitment (worked as a recruiter) background.
  • Minimum 1 year of agency recruitment supporting U.S. or Europe accounts.
  • Technical knowledge and experience in the technical evaluation of clients' requirements and candidates' skills.
  • Experience providing staffing services and preferably have a network in AI, data streaming, cloud computing, financial services, fintech, and auto manufacturing organizations.
  • Extensive networking skills or an existing network within IT companies in the U.S. (A MUST) and LATAM.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Very strong teamwork, time management, and allocation skills.
  • Work experience with CRM or applicant tracking system, and MS Word.
