Reporting to the Controller, the Treasury Manager is responsible for leading treasury operations in Brazil, including cash and liquidity management, banking relationships, risk mitigation, and treasury strategy.

This individual plays a key role in optimizing cash flow, supporting compliance with local regulations, and aligning treasury functions with business objectives.

The role is based in São Paulo and follows a hybrid work model, with on-site presence required three times per week.

In this role, a typical day will look like :

• Monitoring daily cash positions and forecasting short and long-term liquidity needs
• Managing intercompany funding, capital repatriation, and ensuring sufficient operational funding
• Overseeing bank account administration, including maintenance and compliance controls
• Leading risk mitigation strategies including hedging currency and interest rate exposures
• Collaborating with corporate finance teams on capital planning and investment strategies
• Driving continuous improvement of treasury processes, tools, and reporting systems
• Developing and mentoring the treasury team to foster operational excellence and growth

The essential requirements of the job include :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field
• Experience in treasury or corporate finance, including in a leadership roles
• Experience managing banking operations and liquidity in a multinational environment
• Proficiency in treasury systems such as Oracle, SAP, or OneStream, and advanced Excel skills
• Fluency in English with the ability to clearly communicate complex financial concepts across diverse audiences
