Responsibilities include overseeing cash control, negotiating with banks, and enhancing operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting, possess advanced Microsoft Office skills, be fluent in English, and have experience in Treasury or finance-related fields.

Qualificações

• Degree required in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related areas.
• Advanced level of Microsoft Office and Excel knowledge is essential.
• Fluency in English is necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure control and reporting of cash operations for management decisions.
• Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Negotiate and issue bank guarantees.
• Prepare direct cash flow from the operation.
• Control cash and accounts payable.
• Oversee investment control and foreign exchange operations.
• Improve and automate processes continuously.

• Ensure the control and report of cash operations to provide the best information for the managers and other departments' decisions, controllership of payments and receipts to comply with Shopee's obligations and corporate governance, ensure the cash functionality of the operation for all stakeholders according to the company strategy and management decisions._
• Internal and external relationships with other areas of Shopee, banks, financial institutions, among others;
• Negotiation and issuance of bank guarantees;
• Preparation of direct cash flow from the operation;
• Cash control and accounts payable;
• Investment control;
• Foreign exchange operations of various types, including operational flow;
• Continuous process improvement and automation;

Requirements

• Degree Required in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, and related areas
• Advanced level of Microsoft Office and Excel Knowledge
• Fluent English
• Experience in Treasury, FP&A, or finance-related areas.
