Job Description Summary:

The Load Planner is responsible for day‑to‑day planning, analyzing and executing load planning for various clients. The position works directly with suppliers, dealers, carriers and facilities to ensure all operational goals are being achieved. The role also provides valuable insight to project implementations and redesigns.

What will you do:
  • Analyze client and operational needs to recommend improvements for transportation services and operations.
  • Ensure adherence to documented processes across all required functions: Order Receipt.
  • Load Building – Load Tendering – Trailer Audit Analysis – Track and Trace – Carrier Follow‑up – Metrics Creation Reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, standardize work and eliminate waste.
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
What you will have:
  • Knowledge of established standard operating procedures (SOP) and ability to design, implement and evaluate SOPs affecting daily and strategic business operations to increase operational efficiency.
  • Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
  • Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
  • Knowledge of transportation and ability to transport materials and goods to and from suppliers, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities and customers.
Basic requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Pre Advanced English.
Top candidates will also have:
  • Knowledge of Transportation System and SAP.
  • Data Analytics.
  • English Advanced.

Note: This position requires the candidate to work on‑site five days a week.
