A global technology company is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for its hybrid role in São Paulo. The position involves diagnosing technical issues, ensuring compliance with SLAs, and providing end-to-end support for customers. Candidates must be fluent in Spanish and have experience in Customer Support or Technical Support, particularly in the B2B sector.
