Starting salary : $1,125 USD / month
After 3 months : You'll receive a $50 monthly Wellness Bonus to support a healthy and balanced work life (total : $1,175 / month)
After 1 year : Salary increases to $1,300 USD / month
After 2 years : Salary increases to $1,350 USD / month
Annual Adjustments : Each year, you'll receive a raise along with company-wide compensation adjustments as we continue to grow together.

Beyond matching, this position supports pipeline health, interview coordination, and reporting, ensuring an efficient and transparent process for both clients and candidates.
