Requirements
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are executed in alignment with strategic business goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are understood and incorporated into project plans. Provide regular updates and manage expectations.
- Technical Expertise: A solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches. CMS experience with Webflow, Contentful, or other.
- Problem‑Solving: A strong problem‑solving ability, with the capacity to identify and address challenges proactively and efficiently, especially in times of escalations.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize potential disruptions. Implement proactive risk management strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Budget Management: Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets to ensure financial efficiency. Control costs and ensure project delivery within the allocated budget.
- Team Leadership: Lead cross‑functional project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring team members have the resources and support they need to succeed.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet the established quality standards. Implement effective quality control processes to maintain project excellence.
- Change Management: Facilitate change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal impact on ongoing business operations during project execution.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:Track project performance against defined KPIs, providing detailed reports to stakeholders. Ensure transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
