Overview

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Technical Program Manager / Product Manager - Finance and Accounting in Brazil.

This role offers a strong entry point into product leadership within finance and accounting systems, with real ownership and visible impact. You will help shape internal tools and reporting solutions that support critical financial operations across the organization. Working closely with a senior product leader and cross-functional teams, you will translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable product plans. The environment is collaborative, fast-paced, and highly execution-focused. You will gain hands-on exposure to core accounting domains while developing strong product delivery skills. Accountabilities

• Support the planning and execution of the quarterly product roadmap for finance and accounting tools under the guidance of the Group Product Manager
• Translate business objectives into well-defined epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technical feasibility
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Finance, Accounting, and Customer-facing teams to build, launch, and iterate on internal products
• Track progress against quarterly OKRs and product launch milestones, ensuring timely delivery
• Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes, tooling, and reporting capabilities

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in product management or a closely related role
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform product decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly in cross-functional environments
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Exposure to accounting concepts such as general ledger, revenue recognition, or financial reporting is a strong plus
• Experience with e-commerce accounting or billing systems such as NetSuite is a bonus
