Responsibilities

Act as the primary SPOC, coordinating resources and managing priorities across teams. Drive service reviews, escalation, and resolution for critical business processes. Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and governance. Analyze KPIs and reporting metrics to identify trends and recommend corrective actions. Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives and compliance standards.

Qualifications

B2B domain expertise, Salesforce knowledge, strong communication, process improvement. Expertise in Salesforce Configurations using workflows, process builders, flows, roles, enterprise territory management, security controls, reports, dashboards, and sharing rules. Experience in administration, configuration, implementation and customization on the Salesforce platform. Apex, Visualforce, triggers, classes, web services, custom objects, data validation, data utilities, CPQ, field service, Ant Migration tool, data loader, Force.com, VS Code, Eclipse IDE plug‑in.
