LG Electronics LATAM is looking for a Tax Manager to join our legal team, focusing on tax litigation and strategic tax matters. We seek a professional with solid technical expertise, business insight, and alignment with LG’s corporate values.

Location: São Paulo (100% on-site)

Responsibilities

• Manage tax litigation cases (CIT, IPI, and ICMS) from administrative to judicial stages;
• Perform technical and strategic tax analyses, proposing solutions and reporting to leadership;
• Manage CND renewal processes, ensuring compliance with tax obligations;
• Monitor tax trends and rulings (STJ, STF, Tax Reform), identifying opportunities and mitigating risks;
• Share cases and best practices with internal legal teams and external partners.

Requirements

• Law degree and active OAB registration;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in tax law with a focus on litigation;
• Proven experience leading tax litigation cases (CIT, IPI, ICMS);
• Experience managing CND processes and working with external law firms;
• Analytical skills and autonomy to solve tax issues;
• Fluent English (mandatory);
• Certification or specialization in Tax Law is a plus.

Desired Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of CIT (including Manaus ZFM), TP, ICMS, PIS/COFINS, IPI, and II;
• Knowledge of tax planning and compliance is a plus.
