Overview

Supply Chain Manager — Build the Backbone of a Global Lifestyle Brand

About Holme & Hadfield

We’re not just a DTC brand — we’re a movement. At Holme & Hadfield, we design premium organizers that help collectors showcase their passions and preserve what matters. In just 4 years, we’ve grown to $7M in annual revenue, with customers in the US, Canada, Europe, and Asia.

Our next move? 4X growth in the next five years. And to do that, we need a supply chain that scales with precision, agility, and strategic oversight. That’s where you come in.

The Role

As Supply Chain Manager, you’ll lead the strategy and execution that keeps our products flowing — from factory to doorstep. You’ll have end-to-end ownership over global inventory, forecasting, fulfillment, and supplier relationships.

This isn’t a behind-the-scenes role. It’s mission-critical. You’ll ensure customers around the world get our products on time, at the right cost, and with a frictionless experience that builds loyalty.

Responsibilities

Inventory That Works for Us — Not Against Us

  • Manage global inventory levels across Shopify, Amazon, and 3PLs
  • Own demand forecasting — leveraging sales history, seasonality, and launches
  • Prevent overstock and stockouts through data-driven planning

Fulfillment That Scales with Growth

  • Optimize our order flow from purchase order to delivery across all markets
  • Coordinate with 3PLs, Amazon FBA, and warehouses to maintain SLA performance
  • Ensure seamless restocks and product transfers across regions

Supplier & Logistics Leadership

  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships — proactively managing lead times, quality, and cost
  • Oversee freight and logistics operations (freight forwarders, customs, tariffs, etc.)
  • Negotiate timelines and payment terms that balance speed with capital efficiency

Visibility, Dashboards, and Decision Support

  • Develop internal dashboards that show real-time inventory and supply chain health
  • Track KPIs: inventory turnover, fulfillment times, landed cost, aging inventory, etc.
  • Share actionable insights with leadership to inform purchasing, pricing, and promo strategy

Strategic Initiatives & Cost Optimization

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities across shipping, warehousing, and procurement
  • Partner with Finance to align purchasing with cash flow and profitability goals
  • Support Marketing with inventory-driven campaign recommendations
What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves :

  • 5+ years of supply chain experience, ideally in ecommerce or D2C
  • Deep familiarity with Amazon FBA, Shopify, and global fulfillment networks
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end logistics — from POs to last-mile delivery
  • Strong Excel / data skills — you know your way around a pivot table and a demand model
  • Experience managing freight, customs, and multi-region inventory flows

Bonus Points :

  • Experience with high-growth consumer product brands
  • Prior work in multi-market fulfillment (US, Canada, EU, Asia)
  • Familiarity with tools like Inventory Planner, NetSuite, Airtable, or similar
  • Background in cost accounting or experience working closely with Finance
Personal Traits
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable owning processes end-to-end
  • Strategic thinker who can balance short-term action with long-term planning
