We are hiring for our North America client. Candidate needs to have excellent English communication skills, a short notice period, and must be able to use their personal computer for work. Resumes should be shared in English format. This is a Supply Chain Business Analyst role that requires previous supply chain BA experience. The position must be located in São Paulo, Brazil, but can be fully remote. Candidates from onshore are not considered. Agile/Scrum experience is nice to have; waterfall can be used. This is an 18‑week contract with the possibility of extension.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail‑oriented Business Analyst to join our analytics team. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in business analysis, data interpretation, and stakeholder engagement. You will play a key role in translating business needs into data‑driven solutions, supporting strategic initiatives, and enhancing decision‑making through actionable insights. You will review existing solutions, rationalize applications, migrate HANA data links to Snowflake, assess current gaps, and build and repoint solutions. You should have data modeling experience in analytics projects, and be proficient in SQL day‑to‑day.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements for analytics solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear data requirements and work with data engineers and analysts to ensure delivery.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Support data governance and ensure data quality and consistency across analytics products.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to understand business processes and identify areas for optimization.
• Create user stories, process flows, and functional specifications for analytics projects.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate the success of analytics initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and clarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within a data or analytics‑focused environment.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and data warehouses.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a must.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis or machine learning concepts.
• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI‑PBA) or related credentials.
