Responsibilities

Responsible for supervising daily a logistics operations team composed of an auxiliary, assistant, problem solver and logistics leader on a scaled shift basis, ensuring that the flow of incoming and outgoing orders complies with standard work procedures. Build a team aligned with the company’s cultures and values, develop leadership with focus on delivering results, productivity and operational engagement, aiming at cost control and maintaining a high level of quality and execution with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Supervise the team, ensuring good performance, control and organization of processes;
  • Monitor process indicators, cost, overtime, absenteeism and turnover and seek improvement solutions;
  • Organize the work routine of operators and operational leaders ensuring basic activities (audits, housekeeping, trainings, HC control, etc.);
  • Ensure tools, resources and development actions for your team to guarantee operational efficiency and stability of productive processes;
  • Monitor all processes through indicators and action plans;
  • Identify, implement and monitor opportunities for process improvement by analyzing stages, information exchange with support areas and/or market knowledge;
  • Multiply performance results to the entire team;
  • Ensure execution of standard work as defined in operational work instructions;
  • Involve the operational team to analyze process indicators and propose immediate action plans for correction;
  • Promote team engagement and integration;
  • Create and validate processes for improving operational efficiency;
  • Identify root causes of deviations and complex problems and outline improvements with leadership.
Qualifications

What you need to take on the challenge:

  • Availability to work on a 6x1 schedule, morning and afternoon shifts;
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Logistics or related areas;
  • Advanced Office package;
  • Previous experience in people management and logistics operations;
  • Experience with process management by indicators, involving the team and establishing corrective actions;
  • Knowledge of tools such as Kaizen, PDCA, 5S is a plus.
