What you’ll do

• Develop and maintain sales and ops analytics reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision‑making for the leadership team.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key performance metrics and drive business decisions using SQL, Python, Looker, Tableau, or other BI solutions.
• Proactively monitor the quality and integrity of sales and ops data and highlight improvement opportunities.
• Perform deep dive analysis of operating metrics, providing business insights to leadership by understanding the situation, developing a hypothesis, analyzing data, and reporting back findings/solutions.
• Effectively communicate analysis results to business leaders for decision‑making and prioritization.
• Work with business leaders on implementing sales activities as needed, with some oversight.
