With the growth of our iOS app, being the #18 productivity app in the App Store and our recognition as Apple\u2019s 2025 Design Award for inclusivity, we seek a Senior iOS Engineer to support the growing user base and work on new projects to push our product forward.

This is a key role for someone who thinks strategically, thrives in fast-paced environments, is passionate about product decisions, and has experience delivering great user experiences.

We are a flat organization that values leadership through strong technical skills and consistent, rapid results. Work ethic, clear communication, and a winner mindset are paramount. Our interview process involves several technical interviews, typically completed within 1 week.

What You’ll Do

• Lead key engineering and product decisions
• Actively shipping production code for the Speechify iOS app
• Work within a dedicated product team
• Participate in product discussions to shape the product roadmap
• Maintain and enhance the existing complex app architecture

• Experience working on products that scaled to a large user base
• Track record of taking products from inception to traction and owning the engineering outcome
• Customer obsession with delivering the best possible experience
• Product thinking to guide evolution and support internal teams and designers
• Speed and focus to ship now while knowing what requires more time
• Technical skills in Swift, SwiftUI

Technical Requirements

• Swift Programming Language
• SwiftUI experience
• Multithreading programming
• Experience with CI/CD infrastructure
• Experience with Fastlane
• SOLID principles and writing well-structured classes
• Experience with Git and understanding of different Git strategies
