Responsibilities

• Develop high‑quality code that is clean, secure, and performant.
• Break down complex problems into stories alongside senior engineers, product owners, and product managers.
• Continuously improve the codebase by adding features, fixing bugs, and improving scalability.
• Participate in all agile ceremonies, code reviews, and QA cycles.
• Troubleshoot issues, triage bugs, and partner with Operations to resolve incidents.
• Contribute ideas to make engineering processes better, faster, and more reliable.

Qualifications

• Solid programming fundamentals—language agnostic, comfortable with JavaScript and Python.
• Knowledge of writing scalable code with performance optimization and readability in mind.
• Familiarity with microservices, REST APIs, and SQL (raw or via ORMs).
• Strong English communication skills for collaboration across functional groups.
