Overview

Location : Remote Job Type : Full-time

We’re looking for a motivated and organized Social Media& ContentManager to join our innovative Marketing team!

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, produce, and edit engaging video,imageand textcontent for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Collaborate with the Marketing Managerand the Paid Traffic teamto create content that aligns with brand messaging and marketing goals, including all our inblund efforts linked to Mass Audience Management, such as Communities on Facebook and WhatsApp.
• Utilize video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and image editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) to produce high-quality visuals.
• Implement basic AI tools and techniques to optimize content creation, such as automated editing software or AI-driven analytics.
• Monitor social media trends and audience engagement to inform content strategy and improve reach.
• Schedule and publish content across social media platforms, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to refine content strategies.
• Collaborate with the Comercial team, giving full suport with Conversion-optimized content (Growt Mindset).

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in social media content creation and production.
• Proven experience in Conversion-optimized content creation
• Proficiency in video and image editing softwares.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies and their applications in content production.
• Strong creativity and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese (written and spoken) is required.

Preferred Skills :

• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite,Buffez, Buzzmonitor).
• Understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Influencer Marketing

Education :

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or a related field is preferred, but not required.

Salary : BRL2.500 / month
