Local Social Media & Community Specialist – Brazil

Work Hours: 7:00–16:00 (Brazil Time)

Weekend Work: Required for content posting and basic community engagement

Job Responsibilities

Content Review

• Review all social media content for the Brazilian market (IG / YouTube / Facebook / X).
• Ensure PT-BR language quality, natural expression, and cultural accuracy.
• Check compliance with local regulations, advertising rules, and iGaming guidelines.
• Verify legality and safety of images, titles, tags, and links.
• Collaborate with the team to adjust content and ensure final approval.

Account Management & Daily Operations

• Manage and safeguard all platform accounts and passwords.
• Log in using Brazil‑local network/IP to reduce ban risks.
• Monitor account health and report risks (e.g., restricted content, login anomalies).
• Coordinate with colleagues to publish content on schedule.
• Engage with users: reply to comments and messages.

WhatsApp Community Operations (Private Domain)

• Manage WhatsApp groups; remove spam and inappropriate content.
• Publish daily content: match predictions, promotions, slot demos, gameplay tips.
• Guide users to the official website for registration and betting (following compliance rules).
• Maintain relationships and increase group engagement.
• Assist in planning group activities (mini‑games, quizzes, giveaway events).

Data Tracking & Reporting

• Track core social data:
  • Follower growth
  • Engagement (likes, comments, shares, views)
  • Peak activity hours
  • Trending content performance
• Track WhatsApp metrics:
  • New users
  • Reach & CTR
  • Group activity levels
• Provide weekly reports and insights, offering optimization suggestions.

Content Production

• Record and edit simple gaming demos (e.g., slots).
• Create memes using Brazilian trends, football culture, and internet humor.
• Produce match prediction cards (scores, players, schedules).
• Create simple posters using Canva/CapCut.
• Localize subtitles, copywriting, tags, and thumbnails.

Language

• Native Brazilian Portuguese with strong linguistic sensitivity.
• Able to work in English (reading, writing, and daily communication via Slack/WhatsApp/Email).

Experience

• 1–3 years in social media operations, content moderation, or community management.
• Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
