Overview

Senior Technical Program Manager – Remote

Location: Brazil

Responsibilities

• Support release trains and manage releases for the assigned products.
• Coordinate releases, schedule timelines, manage timelines, handle app submissions, and publish apps.
• Oversee key functions within the product development environment to deliver high-quality service to end users and ensure releases meet business needs.
• Act as an executive stakeholder facing role; establish and manage expectations within the business and drive engineering teams to a high standard.
• Drive best practices, set standards for the organization, and influence team strategy.
• Mentor others and help team members improve productivity by sharing knowledge and assisting in key technical decisions.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of experience supporting a full development life cycle for Android, Apple Web, or other platform ecosystems.
• Must have app submission experience in one of the major app store portals.
• Operational and release management experience in an agile framework within a media or technology company is preferred.
• Experience driving changes in branching strategy, semantic versioning, sprint planning, dependency management, test activities, and release tracking.
• Experience working with engineering teams to improve the Release Engineering pipeline for automated tracking and reporting on release artifacts, JIRA items, sprint scope, bug reports, test reports, and release notes.
• Experience in large-scale global product launches through a scalable automated release pipeline workflow leveraging CI/CD and QA automation workflows.
• Experience working with frontend (iOS, Android, Web, Roku CTV SDK) and backend engineering and QA teams to coordinate dependencies and release planning.
• Experience in change management processes.
• Experience working with global teams comprising product engineering, QA, operations, and other functional areas.
