Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in owning the entire recruiting process
  • Experience sourcing and attracting talent and managing multiple requisitions
  • Ability to conduct various types of interviews, including structured and behavioral
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), or Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience collaborating with team members and hiring managers in various global locations
  • Hands-on experience with different selection processes, including culture add and reference checks
  • Strong decision-making skills combined with a positive attitude
