A global technology company is seeking an HR Solutions Lead in São Paulo, Brazil. The role involves leading the configuration and deployment of HR systems, primarily SAP SuccessFactors. You will collaborate with various stakeholders and enhance HR systems to ensure integrity. Ideal candidates have over 5 years of experience in HR technology and a strong understanding of HR processes. Qualificações

  • 5+ years of experience in HR technology or systems administration.
  • Proven expertise in HR Information Systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors.

Descrição da oferta de emprego

Lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of HR solutions, primarily within SAP SuccessFactors.

Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to turn business needs into scalable system solutions.

Maintain and enhance HR systems through release management, audits, and governance to ensure data integrity.

Train and support global users with HRIS materials, guides, and documentation.

Integrate SuccessFactors with other enterprise systems (payroll, finance, analytics) and identify automation opportunities to boost HR efficiency.

What We're Looking For

Proven expertise in HR Information Systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors.

Strong understanding of HR processes (Core HR, Talent, Learning).

Skills in system configuration, data management, and reporting (e.g., People Analytics / Stories).

Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate clearly with non-technical users.

Typically 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent practical experience in HR technology or systems administration.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced, global environment.

Nice to have : Experience with Time Management, payroll technologies, and HR tech integrations.
