What is Required (Qualifications):

• Strong knowledge of educational measurement, psychometrics, and test validity
• Hands‑on coding expertise in Python, R, or SAS for data analysis
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly
• Ability to travel 3-5 times a year for College Board business

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Familiarity with the history and debates surrounding standardized testing and SAT validity arguments
• Experience with multilevel modeling, experimental methodologies, and meta‑analysis
