Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to lead our strategic relationships with key accounts.

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining these partnerships, driving growth within the platform, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop strategic relationships with key account sellers
  • Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements to expand our presence in the market
  • Oversee the integration of technology solutions, facilitating seamless onboarding and collaboration with partners and key account sellers
  • Lead the sales management process, setting targets, monitoring performance, and coaching the team to achieve sales objectives and exceed revenue goals
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to create tailored commercial strategies for key account sellers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field, with a strong track record in managing key accounts and partnerships
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce or technology industry, with a focus on key account seller management and partnership development
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close deals with high-value clients, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of technology integrations and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation
  • Effective sales management experience, including setting and achieving targets, managing a sales team, and implementing sales strategies
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with a strategic mindset and the ability to think creatively to solve complex problems
