A leading accounting firm in Brazil is seeking a Senior Manager to lead financial due diligence engagements. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of public accounting experience, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage client relationships. This role offers a salary range of $165K - $185K annually and benefits like 5 weeks of PTO and parental leave.
We’re looking for a Senior Manager to help lead our growing Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about financial due diligence and M&A strategy, and has the desire to take the lead in helping expand a service line. If you join the team, you will lead projects that shape the future of businesses, working with a highly collaborative team that values precision, insight, integrity and superior client service. You’ll be integral to developing the framework for the team, while leveraging your experience to build on what we have.
If you are a self starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoy working directly with executives, and have a knack for uncovering the story behind the numbers, this could be your next big move.
Our tax and audit teams may be spread across the country, but they work together seamlessly and successfully – and unlike many of our competitors, we have not had an RTO mandate. That said, we require this position to be situated locally to the Portland or Seattle market – you are working with local business leaders, after all.
Interested in moving to Portland? That works too – and we will help cover the cost. Please be explicit about this in your resume or cover letter if you choose to do one.
A culture where flexibility and balance add up to success.
We know that advisory work can be intense, which is why we’ve built a culture that respects your time, values your expertise, and supports your growth. Our expectations are clear and reasonable, and we work together to meet deadlines without burning out.
While this role does not have chargeable hours expectations, you will need to be adept and flexible to react to deal flow, which means riding the peaks and valleys that come with the work. Rest assured, you won’t be a lone wolf – and you’ll be surrounded by smart, driven professionals who believe in working hard and celebrating wins—together.
Recharge and refocus.
We believe in balance. That’s why we offer generous time off, including 5 weeks of PTO, 14.5 paid holidays, and paid leave options, including parental leave. We want you to bring your best self to work—and that starts with taking care of yourself.
We don’t like to brag, but we have some significant accolades under our belt—all thanks to our passionate teams. At Perkins, we feel good about our work and love that our community feels good about it, too.
