We are seeking a visionary and dynamic leader to join our LATAM team as Senior Manager Commercial Excellence - LATAM.

This role is pivotal in driving the adoption and execution of a regional excellence strategy, enabling structured growth, innovation, and operational alignment across business and functional areas.

What You'll Do
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the LATAM Leadership Team, supporting the deployment of excellence initiatives across Business Units and Functions.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts using Lean, Kaizen, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
  • Drive alignment of strategic plans through cascading KPIs and visual management tools.
  • Champion a culture of excellence, coaching teams and leaders to embed best practices in business operations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent execution of excellence initiatives across commercial and support functions.
  • Support the leadership team in deploying strategic plans, ensuring alignment through cascading Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) top-down and bottom-up.
  • Support the Senior Vice-President & General Manager – LATAM Leadership Team in driving key initiatives through Excellence, including revenue growth, Gross Profit Improvement and Operational Profit.
What We're Looking For
  • University degree in Business, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent) is required.
  • MBA or equivalent business experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in Sales and Marketing Leadership roles, or process optimization within a matrix organization.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to drive change across diverse teams.
  • Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
  • Experience working with senior leadership and managing strategic initiatives.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese.

This position can be based in either Brazil or Mexico.
