A leading mobility technology firm in São Paulo is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support the significant growth of their operations. This role involves partnering with various business functions, driving talent strategy, and ensuring effective organizational design. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of HR experience and be skilled in providing strategic consultation to leadership. We are in the exciting stage of bringing 99 Food Delivery to Brazil market, and you'll will work closely with business teams to make this happen.Given the promising growth stage and the complex nature of business function setup, our HRBP work is dynamic and challenging with loads of opporunities to unleash yourHR practice excellence and business thought partnership.
We work with business stakeholders of all levels to deliver work across Organization, Talent, and Culture pillars. As HRBP, you're more than executing People Cycle. You'll take ownership in driving organization structure & resource planning, talent pipeline construction, talent learning & development, C&B strategy and implementation, change management, and team engagement and culture - alongside our close partners in HR COE teams.
We work fluidly within the team and expect this person to be just as collaborative and agile as we continue to be.
