Senior Google Ads Media Buyer (E-commerce) – Sender Agency
Location: Remote (LATAM preferred, East Coast or Central Time overlap)
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
Salary: $2,000 to $4,000 USD per month
Sender Agency is a performance‑focused creative and media agency that has spent the last seven years building and scaling e‑commerce brands. We have worked with blue‑chip and celebrity‑backed companies including Cacti by Travis Scott, Just Water by Will Smith, Alice Mushrooms, and brands backed by Patrick Mahomes.
We launch brands from zero and scale existing ones past $20M in revenue. Media buying plays a critical role in that growth. We care about scale, but we also care more about efficiency, signal quality, and decision‑making grounded in data.
Sender Agency operates with a flat team structure. Everyone has a voice, and strong ideas are encouraged regardless of role or title. You will work directly with the founders and be trusted to run your lane.

Hours are full time, Monday through Friday, with working hours aligned to East Coast or Central Time.
Compensation ranges from $2,000 to $4,000 USD per month depending on experience.
This role is fully remote, with a preference for candidates based in Latin America.
This is a long‑term position.
Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a paid test or case exercise to ensure alignment on strategic thinking, data analysis, and execution.
This role is demanding and requires real ownership. You will not simply manage campaigns. You will influence how brands scale, how budgets are allocated, and how performance decisions are made.
