We're currently looking for a TypeScript Fullstack Engineer to join our remote-first development team. Your Role

As a Fullstack Engineer at Radity, you'll work on complex and impactful applications using TypeScript across the stack. We're especially interested in candidates with strong backend skills in Node.js and NestJS.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using TypeScript and Node.js and NestJS.
• Build and maintain backend services using Fastify and modern API design principles.
• Develop responsive and performant frontend applications using React, TanStack (Query / Table / Router), and Mantine.
• Design, implement, and maintain data models and database interactions using Prisma ORM.
• Integrate with internal and external REST APIs and third-party services.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers in a distributed, cross-functional team.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full stack in both development and production environments.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) B2+ level or higher.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and backend development with Node.js and NestJS.
• Hands-on experience with Fastify or similar Node.js frameworks (Express, NestJS, etc.)
• Solid experience with React and modern frontend tooling, including TanStack libraries.
• Experience with Prisma ORM and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs, backend architecture, and data modeling.
• A strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and appreciation for clean, maintainable code.
