A leading payments technology company is seeking an experienced Front End Developer in Campinas, Brazil. You will collaborate with PO, UX/UI, architects, and PMs to deliver high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate has over 7 years of front end development experience including proficiency in JEST, REST API, Git, and React-testing-library, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and quality. This role offers the opportunity to shape solutions in an Agile environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM

Interact day by day with PO, UX/UI, architects, and PM to analyze features and refine the backlog. Participate in the delimitation of technical solutions for team and interact with DevOps and QA. Be responsible as part of the Agile team, for the quality of the software you deliver(Developing and testing) and the alignment with the patterns defined by the team. Help juniors or other colleagues to progress thanks to your experience

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Propose the best solution regarding codes, architecture, and best way to work with the team, considering agile environment.
  • Develops and maintains the portals and back‑ends of the solution
  • Develops/coding solutions as requested by the Features / User Stories
  • Maintains the global software quality level (Test coverage, peer reviews, validated pattern usage)
  • Supports the QA that supplies to the software quality and test strategy
  • Supports and coaches the Junior / Mid‑level Developers
  • Participates in the definition/refining of the backlog with PO
  • Works closely with the architect to define the best architecture for the product
  • Discuss solutions and fixes with the DevOps team
  • Interact and discuss within the team (Front end / Back end global discussion group)
  • Participates and contributes to the Scrum Ceremonies
ABOUT YOUR SKILLS
  • Customer and Quality care
  • Ability to connect with the peers, with the designer, with the backend colleagues, with marketing and PO, with support (customer)
  • Proven record of working creatively and analytically in a problem‑solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence
  • Do not jump on the latest technologies simply because it’s new
  • 7+ years of Front end development on the following technologies:
  • JEST
  • REST API
  • Git
  • React-testing-library
  • Communication in English (both written and oral) - Fluent
