They are revolutionizing how the logistics industry interprets massive data sets to drive global supply chain efficiency. We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Developer to lead the evolution of their core business applications and play a pivotal role in their engineering leadership.

The Role: As a Senior Developer, you will be the technical cornerstone of a dynamic engineering team. This is a high-impact role where you will balance complex "hands-on" development with high-level architectural design and team mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Leadership: Lead the end-to-end design and development of sophisticated business applications and seamless third-party integrations.
• Engineering Excellence: Define coding standards, conduct rigorous technical reviews, and champion best practices to ensure the platform remains scalable and robust.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner directly with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into high-performance technical solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Core Tech Stack: Deep, hands‑on expertise in PHP, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, jQuery, and VanillaJS.
• Analytical Mindset: Exceptional debugging, problem-solving skills, and a high level of intellectual aptitude.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead projects and mentor other engineers in a collaborative environment.
• Communication: Professional-level English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Technical Infrastructure: Reliable access to high-speed internet for a seamless remote work environment.

Preferred Highlights

• Prior experience in the SaaS or Logistics / Freight industries.
