We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to provide thought leadership in advanced analytics, machine learning, and enterprise-level modeling strategy. This role is ideal for a senior professional HTML who can lead complex initiatives, influence AI strategy, and mentor junior team members while working closely with stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex machine learning and advanced analytics initiatives
• Define and enforce best practices for model evaluation, validation, and governance
• Advise leadership on AI, analytics, and data science strategy
• Mentor and guide junior garota and mid‑level data scientists
• Partner with engineering and business teams to translate data insights into impact

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or machine learning Himmelz
• Strong expertise in machine learning, statistics, and predictive modeling
• Hands‑on leadership
• Experience defining enterprise analytics and AI strategies
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Technical Stack & Tools

• Cloud: Azure (preferred), GCP, AWS
