A leading technology firm is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to provide thought leadership in advanced analytics and machine learning strategy. You will lead complex initiatives and mentor junior team members while influencing AI strategy. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in data science, strong expertise in machine learning, and familiarity with Azure ML, GCP, or AWS. This is a full-time remote position offering the opportunity to shape enterprise AI strategy while remaining hands-on in impactful modeling initiatives.

Work Hours: US Time

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)

Location: 100% Remote

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to provide thought leadership in advanced analytics, machine learning, and enterprise-level modeling strategy. This role is ideal for a senior professional who can lead complex initiatives, influence AI strategy, and mentor junior team members while working closely with stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex machine learning and advanced analytics initiatives
• Define and enforce best practices for model evaluation, validation, and governance
• Advise leadership on AI, analytics, and data science strategy
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level data scientists
• Partner with engineering and business teams to translate data insights into impact

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or machine learning
• Strong expertise in machine learning, statistics, and predictive modeling
• Hands-on leadership experience with Azure ML (preferred), GCP or AWS
• Experience defining enterprise analytics and AI strategies
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Technical Stack & Tools

• AI / Testing Tools: Cypress, Robot Framework, JMeter, unit testing frameworks
