What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Analyze marketing data across various channels to evaluate performance and optimize spending and ROI
- Provide data‑driven insights to the performance marketing team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Contribute to marketing mix modeling to understand the impact of each marketing channel on conversions
- Conduct deep‑dive analysis on customer behavior and retention opportunities
- Build and maintain performance dashboards for real‑time insights for marketing teams and leadership
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master's degree is a plus
- 5+ years in a data analytics role, with a focus on performance or digital marketing within an e-commerce or technology company
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and A/B testing; familiarity with Python or R is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present insights to technical and non‑technical audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in e‑commerce or consumer brands with a focus on customer acquisition and digital marketing
