A leading automotive company in Curitiba, Brazil is seeking a Senior Compliance Engineer to work with HDOC templates and ensure compliance with regulations. You will collaborate closely with various teams and have a background in systems like Python and FCS. The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering and experience in the automotive industry. Qualificações

  • Strong ability to manage user access and user training.
  • Proficient in reviewing and resolving errors in coordination with stakeholders.
  • Positive experience with compliance and regulatory domains.

Responsabilidades

  • Create and maintain HDOC templates.
  • Manage manual override of HDOC data with label coordinators.
  • Support recalls of trucks for inaccurate labels.

Conhecimentos

Ability to bring structure in complex tasks
Excellent communication

Knowledge in Volvo systems (KOLA logic, truck order data systems)
Experience with Python, FCS, GLS, TM1
Experience in the automotive industry

Formação académica

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Software or Mechatronics Engineering

What you will work with

As Senior Compliance Engineer, System support you would work with

  • Create & Maintain HDOC Templates
  • Create requirements for Python rules & FCS/GLS/TM1 systems
  • Manage user access & user training
  • Review and resolve HDOC errors in coordination with business stakeholders & site label coordinators
  • Manage Manual Override of HDOC data together with manufacturing label coordinators for all sites
  • Support Recalls of trucks for inaccurate labels
  • Coordinate with downstream label/document systems
Knowledge / Experience
  • Ability to bring structure in complex tasks.
  • Excellent communication
  • Team player
  • Knowledge in Volvo systems such as KOLA logic, truck order data systems
  • Worked with administration in IT system, specifically Python, FCS, GLS and TM1
  • Positive if you have worked in the automotive industry and have product knowledge.
  • Previous experience from working with compliance, certification, legal or regulatory domains in preferrable
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Software or Mechatronics Engineering
