We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our firm. As a Bookkeeper you will play a crucial role in preparing accurate financial records for our diverse client base. The ideal candidate will have experience working with QuickBooks and possess a solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices. Responsibilities

• Utilize QuickBooks to prepare and maintain accurate financial records for our clients.


• Perform bookkeeping tasks for multiple clients, including bank reconciliations, data entry, and payroll processing.


• Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable entries.


• Handle accounts receivable tasks, such as invoicing, payment tracking, and collections.


• Monitor and analyze expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.


• Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements for client review and analysis.


• Provide timely and accurate financial information to clients to support their decision-making processes.


• Maintain confidentiality of client financial information and exercise discretion in handling sensitive data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in accounting or related field.


• 10+ years of proven experience as a Bookkeeper.


• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.


• Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.


• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
