The Senior Benefits Manager – Latin America will lead the strategy, design, and management of employee benefits programs across the Latin American region for a global technology company. This role ensures our benefits offerings are competitive, scalable, compliant, and aligned with our mission to attract and retain world-class talent. You’ll serve as a trusted regional expert—partnering closely with Global Rewards, regional and local HR, Finance, Legal, Operations—to create an exceptional employee experience that reflects our culture of innovation, agility, and wellbeing.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. 10+ years of experience with a leadership position managing employee benefits in a multi-country regional role across Latin America. Proven success in benefits management within a highly matrixed, high-growth technology or multinational environment. Deep understanding of regional benefits practices, legislation, and market dynamics. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, matrixed organization. Strong teamwork, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Passion for innovation, technology, and continuous improvement. Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors). Skilled at balancing strategic vision with hands‑on execution. Culturally fluent and adept at influencing across diverse teams. Commitment to creating inclusive, employee-centered benefits programs.
