We are seeking a remote, full‑time Senior AI Engineer with 5+ years of software and AI / ML engineering experience. Candidates must have a strong background in Python and either Golang, Node.js, or Java expertise, with a strong desire to adopt Golang as the primary back‑end technology.
In this position, you will be at the heart of the client's product innovation, responsible for designing, implementing, and operationalizing AI‑native services that transform the utility sector. This role combines applied AI / ML expertise with strong back‑end engineering skills, ensuring the client's agentic systems are not only functional but scalable, secure, and production‑ready.
As a key member of our engineering team, you will report directly to the CTO and operate within small, agile teams alongside software engineers, security experts, and product managers. You will own the full lifecycle of AI services from data ingestion and model training to real‑time deployment and monitoring while continuously adapting to evolving requirements in a fast‑moving, high‑stakes industry.
