What We DoSkylink supports aircraft maintenance worldwide.

We work with large commercial, regional, and military aircraft—yes, the same ones you fly on vacation, that transport cargo globally, and that support military missions.

Our mission?

To simplify the delivery of nose-to-tail aircraft maintenance materials for clients across 30+ countries.

As an Account Executive, you'll work with airlines, MROs, lessors, and military to ensure they get the right material support to keep their fleets in the air.

Our clients span over 30 countries, and you'll be working with million-dollar engines, entire aircraft, and professionals from all over the world.

  • Step 1 : Junior Account Executive - Build & manage a sales pipeline : OTE : $50,000 (salary + commission).
  • Step 2 : Account Executive OTE : $75,000 (salary + commission).
  • Step 3 : Dedicated Account Manager Grow assigned accounts.

OTE : $100,000 (salary + commission).

Job Functions
Opportunity Creation (50%)
  • Delivering an Executive Briefing : Brief decision-makers on business challenges and how Skylink's solutions can improve their results.
  • Securing a Second Meeting : Lead discussions to identify improvements and earn the right to schedule a follow-up meeting.
  • Engaging Additional Stakeholders : Build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure buy‑in across the client organization.
Opportunity Capture (30%)
  • Facilitate the Client's Buyer's Journey : Guide clients through their buying process with tailored advice to help them make informed decisions.
  • Educate the Client and Their Team : Identify the root causes of client challenges and ask questions that encourage self‑reflection and insights.
  • Build Consensus : Align diverse stakeholders and gain their support for proposed solutions.
  • Match Investment to Outcomes : Ensure the client's investment is aligned with expected results, holding yourself accountable for delivering on promises.
  • Negotiate Win‑Win Deals : Independently negotiate deals using provided tools, ensuring both parties benefit.
PINK
  • Close Deals : Secure client commitments by strategically timing the ask and outlining clear benefits.
Account Management (20%)
  • Account Management : Manage key accounts, process RFQs and Sales Orders, and ensure on‑time shipping.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Account Growth : Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion through additional services, using the CRM to track leads.
