An emerging tech company is seeking an experienced SAP Service Management expert to work remotely. The role requires over 5 years of hands-on experience with Service solutions and the ability to assist users in Brazil and Argentina. Candidates should have strong configuration experience in SAP Service Management modules and be key contributors to end-to-end implementation projects. This is a unique opportunity to be involved in the transition to S/4HANA from ECC, with a contract duration of 12 months and potential for extension.

Qualificações

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Service solutions.
  • Experience in configuring SAP Service Management modules.
  • Ability to support Brazil and Argentina users.

Responsabilidades

  • Support Brazil and Argentina users with Service Center and Service Orders processes.
  • Help transition the roadmap to S/4HANA from ECC.
  • Act as a key contributor to multiple implementation projects.

Job Title: SAP Service Management

Location: LATAM (Remote)

Duration: 12 months + possible extension

English: Advanced

Client is looking for experienced SAP Service Management Consultants to help support their team with strong configuration experience to help with their roadmap to S / 4HANA from ECC.

Suitable candidates will have the below :
  • Must be able to support Brazil and Argentina users that have questions on Service Center and Service Orders processes
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Service solutions
  • Additional Experience in SAP is a plus
  • Industry background in SAP Service Management is a plus
  • Have experience in configuring SAP Service Management (SM) modules and its integration with the rest of the SAP components
  • Have experience as a key contributor to multiple end-to-end implementation projects
