Required : Availability to relocate to Mexico after three months and remain there for the duration of the contract. The position in Mexico will follow a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities
  • Design and manage integrations between Coupa and ERP systems
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data accuracy
  • Maintain documentation and support audit requirements
  • Configure and support Coupa modules and functionality
  • Conduct unit testing and collaborate with QA teams to ensure system functionality and performance
  • Develop and execute test scripts aligned with change management protocols
  • Collaborate with the business and IT teams to improve Coupa capabilities and processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Coupa configuration expertise - hands-on experience configuring COAs, commodities, lookups, custom fields, approval chains, groups, content groups, accounting groups, and account validation rules
  • Familiarity with Coupa's data model and table structure across the Source-to-Pay (S2P) cycle
  • Proven experience integrating Coupa with ERP systems, like SAP S/4 HANA and event-based middleware, like Kafka
  • Ability to develop integration interfaces using APIs, middleware and other tools
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, IT, and QA
  • Cross-cultural competence and adaptability in dynamic environments
  • Coupa Admin experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Coupa configuration and integration roles
  • Preferred certification : Coupa Core Implementation Specialist or Coupa Platform
  • Additional certifications a plus : Coupa Contract Management, Risk Assess or Sourcing Optimization
  • Experience with an integration monitoring solution, like Datadog
