A leading recreational vehicle manufacturer is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join the Digital Customer Lead Management team in Campinas, Brazil. You will work on varied digital projects, implementing robust Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of Salesforce experience, excellent skills in development and API integration, and the ability to perform complex data modeling. This role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid mode.
BRP is looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to join its dynamic and growing Digital Customer Lead Management team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be able to demonstrate your talents and enjoy working on a variety of digital projects (Web, eCommerce, and Mobile Apps) in a fast-paced and agile environment.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO :
Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure Salesforce solutions using Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (JavaScript, HTML, CSS), Aura Components, Apex REST Services, and Flow Builder.
Translate complex business requirements into well-architected solutions using asynchronous Apex (Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Scheduled Apex, Future Methods), Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and Event-Driven Architecture.
Build solutions aligned with Salesforce Well-Architected Framework, including governor limit optimization, bulkification, efficient SOQL queries, and standardized trigger frameworks (handler pattern).
Provide effort estimation using complexity scoring, component-level sizing, and API / integration impact analysis.
Deep expertise in Apex, LWC (JavaScript), Visualforce, Flows, Validation Rules, Process Automation, Assignment Rules, Dynamic Forms, FlexCards, OmniScripts, and External Services.
Lead design discussions involving Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations with MuleSoft, External Databases, REST / SOAP APIs, and Middleware (e.g., Infobus, Boomi, Tibco).
Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, Schema Builder, ERDs, junction objects, sharing & visibility architecture, LDV (Large Data Volumes), indexing, and data skew avoidance.
Maximize declarative features (Flows, Dynamic Actions, Approval Processes) to reduce custom code and technical debt.
Perform code reviews ensuring compliance with Apex best practices, SOQL selective queries, proper DML handling, PMD scanning, SonarQube rules, and secure coding standards.
Build and maintain custom REST APIs, callouts, Named Credentials, OAuth 2.0 integrations, Pub / Sub API, and streaming APIs.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Apex runtime failures, JavaScript errors in LWCs, flow failures, integration timeouts, API rate limits, and deployment dependency conflicts.
Execute DevOps and CI / CD pipelines using Git, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, Azure DevOps, Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DevOps Center.
Promote and enforce best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation.
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, new features, and emerging technologies, recommending improvements and upgrades.
Contribute to refining internal development processes, standards, and reusable frameworks.
